Alpex Press Fittings
These fitings are available for all sizes of composite pipe from 16mm O.D. to 63mm O.D.
The range is comprehensive and includes all catagories of equal and unequal branches, bends and straight couplings.
A Pressfit tool & jaws for every pipe size are required.

Compression Fittings
Comprises the fitting body (valves, couplings etc) and the correct size of nut, ring & insert. The fitting body and the nut, ring & insert are catagorised and sold seperately.
The Compression fittings range is limited to fit the smaller pipe sizes up to 32mm O.D.
As the principle is to use continuous pipe runs wherever possible these fittings are generally pipe end fittings.

Fittings overview
Fittings for composite pipe are divided into two catagories: Compression & Pressfit.
In all cases the pipe end must be correctly prepared by chamfering the inner pex lining to avoid displacement of the fitting 'O' rings.
